Tenant Emergency Response Service:

Emergency out of hours (up to 10 pm): 0161 833 3820 and leave a message with our answering service.  Appropriate personnel will be contacted via email and will ring back if the situation is deemed as an emergency.

Emergency out of hours:

07930 257 253 (between hours of 10 pm until 8 am). (This number is manned by our Emergency Contractors and not O’Connor Bowden Staff).  Please further note that this number is only to be used in the cases of extreme emergencies. 

The above telephone numbers are to be used by tenants living in an apartment block we manage in Manchester City Centre who have a genuine emergency situation.  An emergency situation is considered:

  • Burglary
  • Water Leak or Burst Pipe
  • Total Loss of Water

The majority of property repairs can wait until the next day. Our emergency response service is provided as a goodwill gesture to assist you with a situation. We cannot guarantee an immediate solution. Sometimes parts or equipment may be required or the services of a specialist contractor employed. This is not always possible to arrange during the evening, night time and weekend periods. Occasionally we manage property for Landlords who complete their own maintenance. In this event, we are sometimes restricted in the support service we can provide.

BUILDING MANAGEMENT:

For Leaseholders or Residents living in an apartment block managed by O’Connor Bowden Rebloom, please refer to your Online Portal, Building Signage, Concierge Reception (where applicable) or call: 01625 569 774.

Should you experience a situation where your property is unsecured (ie. due to a break-in attempt) please contact the following:

Lost Keys:

We suggest to Google a 24 hour Locksmith near you. Please remember that we will have a full set of keys in our office and you may wish to make other arrangements until such time as our office re-opens and we can have a new set cut for you. Please note that it is not the Landlord’s responsibility for the cost of an Emergency Locksmith.
